Parking Rules & Regulations

Pursuant to California Civil Code §4360, the Board is providing this 28-day notice of proposed rule changes related to the community’s Parking Rules & Regulations. The proposed changes are intended to improve enforcement clarity and align with the new permitting system.

Please Note:

• Additions will be highlighted
   

• Removals will be shown using strikethrough

These changes will affect residents who:

• Have guests parking in the community
   

• Own a third vehicle
   

• Park in any common area

• ​

The virtual permit system will also go into effect on August 1, 2025.

The Board will vote on the proposed rule changes at the regular meeting scheduled for August 20, 2025.
