Dear Homeowner(s),

The Board of Directors is requesting that all residents complete and submit the Annual Homeowner/Vehicle Registration form. This information is essential for management to maintain an accurate understanding of onsite residents, vehicles parked in garages, and overall parking activity within the community. We are requesting that this be completed by August 1, 2025.

Important:
If your household has more than two (2) vehicles, you must also complete the attached Parking Permit Application from Patrol One and email it to permits@patrol-one.com. This requirement is part of the Association’s new parking permit program, which becomes effective August 1, 2025.

Have Guests? Required - For ALL guest overnight vehicles - they must be safelisted.  Instructions here.
